In a similar fashion to the annual Bay in a Day drive I organise in Melbourne each year, the idea is to drive from the northern suburbs of Perth keeping as close to the Indian Ocean as practical to somewhere south of Fremantle or even Rockingham. This may become part of another activity being organised for further south or even replaced by it.

This coastal drive will be arranged for either Saturday or Sunday while everyone is in Perth and hopefully we will see lots of local Mokes out on the day and may even make it coincide with International Moke Day for 2013.

I am intending to contact local councils along the way to see what park or parking facilities they maybe able provide us with and hopefully it will be a big draw card for the public.
